Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which BrightPulse Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("BrightPulse", "we", "us", or "our") handles refund requests and service cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Billing Overview
Our services are billed as follows:
- Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media): Billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST (currently 18%).
- Project-Based Services (Web Design, One-Time Audits): Billed according to milestones defined in the service agreement, typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service engagement at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to hello@brightpulsedigital.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle after the 30-day notice period.
- You are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the effective cancellation date.
- Any work completed or in progress up to the cancellation date will be delivered to you.
3. Refund Policy for Monthly Retainer Services
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced for the current billing period, you are eligible for a full refund of that period's payment.
- After Work Has Begun: If work has already commenced for the current billing period, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused portion of the month, minus any costs already incurred.
- Completed Billing Periods: Payments for billing periods where services have been fully delivered are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy for Project-Based Services
- Before Project Starts: If you cancel before any project work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
- During Project Execution: If you cancel during the project, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance from advance payments will be refunded.
- After Project Completion: Once a project has been completed and delivered, payments are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the refund request being approved.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
6. Advertising Spend
Advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads budget, Facebook Ads budget) paid directly to advertising platforms is separate from our service fees. We do not control or manage refunds for advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms. Any disputes regarding advertising spend should be directed to the respective platform.
7. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with our clients to find a fair resolution.
